What the site does not do

No customer account, no order, no payment, no newsletter, no audience measurement. A visitor has nothing to fill in.

Cookies

Visiting the public pages sets no cookie, except the language choice once you pick French or English. Staff who open the desk get a session cookie, named artocarpus_session, limited to twelve hours, unreadable by page scripts, only to stay signed in. There is no advertising cookie.

Photos

When the house uploads a photo, location and device data are removed. The file kept is a new image, not the original file.

Quoted reviews

Some sentences come from reviews that were already public. They are shown with the name their author published and the source. To have a quotation removed, ask at the counter, by phone or in person.

Links

The map opens Google Maps. Reviews may open Google. Nothing is sent to those sites until you click. They then have their own policy.

Your rights

Because the site does not create a customer file, there is usually nothing to extract. For a question, a removed quotation or a photo, call the bakery or write to the address above. You can also contact the CNIL.
